What we collect
When you contact us through this website we collect your name, email address, company name and the message you write. That is used only to answer you.
When you use one of our products, the venue that employs or hosts you controls that data. We process it on their instructions.
How we use it
To reply to you, to support you as a customer, and to improve the products. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it to train models that serve anyone else.
Where it is held
The platform runs as regional cells. A venue’s guest, staff and payment data stays in the region it operates in, and backups are kept in separate storage in that same region.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will answer.
