Accessibility

Last updated: July 2026

Hospitality staff use our products with wet hands, in bad light, at speed. Accessibility is not a compliance exercise here — it is whether the software works during service.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus state.
  • Text meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast in both the light and dark themes.
  • Motion respects the reduced-motion setting, and no information is carried by animation alone.
  • Structure is conveyed by real headings, lists and landmarks rather than by styling.
  • Every essential task is reachable by text message, so a basic phone is never a barrier.

Where we know we fall short

This site has not yet been audited by an independent third party, and we have not tested it with every assistive technology. We would rather say so than imply a certification we do not hold.

Tell us

If something here is hard to use, write to contact@plusight.com and describe what happened. We treat it as a defect, not as feedback.
